Do I need to book an appointment if I bring textiles to the store?
No appointment necessary. You can visit our store during opening hours without booking. We receive your textiles and assess the cleaning requirements on-site.
How will I know when my textiles are ready?
We provide an estimated completion time upon receipt. When your textiles are ready, we will notify you. Typical processing times: garments 3–6 business days, rugs 3–8 business days.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Corporate customers can also pay by invoice.
How does the pickup service work?
Book an appointment through our calendar, and we will pick up your textiles from your home at the scheduled time. Service area: Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, and Kauniainen (inside Ring III). Learn more about our pickup service →
Is there parking available near the store?
Yes. There is street parking on Itämerenkatu, and the nearest parking garage (Ruoholahti parking garage) is located at Itämerenkatu 1, approximately 100 meters from our store.
